Cooking Instructions
Skillet:
PREFERRED.
1. Cover pan & cook on medium to medium-low heat for 15-16 minutes.
2. Flip occasionally to prevent sticking.
Oven/Toaster Oven:
1. Preheat to bake at 450°F.
2. Line cooking tray with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
3. Cook for 7 minutes, flip & continue cooking for 8-9 minutes.
Grill:
1. Preheat to 400°F.
2. Spray grill with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
3. Cook for 16-17 minutes, flipping occasionally.
