Our bagels are all natural and made with unbleached flour. We use partial skim mozzarella cheese and prepare our own pizza sauce with the finest ingredients and spices. They're made under strict kosher supervision and are Mezonos, Pas Yisroel, Kemach Yoshen, and we use Cholov Yisroel cheese.
