Salmon, eggs, onions, sugar, cottonseed oil, potato starch, salt, parsley, pepper.


  • Bring 5 inches of water to a boil.
  • Remove fish from box, leaving wrapper on.
  • Place wrapped frozen fish into boiling water.
  • Bring back to a boil.
    Reduce heat to an active simmer and cover pot.
  • Simmer for one hour.
    Remove pot from heat and let water cool.
  • Drain fish by removing fish from water and inner wrapper, then rewrap.
  • Cover and refrigerate until desired consistency.
  • Serve cold.
