Fresh whitefish, eggs, onions, walnut oil, sugar, potato starch, salt, pepper

- Bring 5 inches of water to a boil.
- Remove fish from box, leaving wrapper on.
- Place wrapped frozen fish into boiling water.
- Bring back to a boil.
Reduce heat to an active simmer and cover pot. - Simmer for one hour.
Remove pot from heat and let water cool. - Drain fish by removing fish from water and inner wrapper, then rewrap.
- Cover and refrigerate until desired consistency.
- Serve cold.
