Here are some ideas to create fast and simple meals using our kid-friendly products.

Fishies
1) Make homemade mini-fish fillet sandwiched by tucking Dr. Praeger’s Fishies into mini sesame buns with slices of cheddar cheese and tartar sauce or ketchup.
2) Add cooked green peas and milk to mashed potatoes; on a plate surround the “lake” of potatoes with Dr. Praegers fishies for a snack with familiar elements and a new twist.
Spinach Littles
1) Trying to grow little Popeyes? Spinach Littles can help. Make a simple, kid-friendly fried rice by adding cooked, chopped Spinach Littles to leftover rice with scallions, 2 scrambled eggs, frozen peas, and a little soy sauce.
2) Make cream of tomato soup “dunkers” by adding a splash of whole milk to low-sodiumtomato soup. Warm gently, pour into small glasses, and serve with Spinach Littles for dunking in soup.
3) Spinach and alfredo sauce are a natural combination, and kids love the creamy, savory flavor of this Italian classic.
